Overview
Bumps the dev dependency vite from 8.1.5 to 8.2.0 via
package-lock.jsononly (Dependabot). Vite powers the chair console build (viteinnpm run build) andnpm run dev:web.The lockfile also picks up Vite’s updated toolchain: rolldown **1.1.5 → 1.2.2, lightningcss **1.32.0 → 1.33.0, and matching platform bindings. Optional WASM rolldown bindings and related @emnapi / @napi-rs packages are dropped from the tree. Vite’s peer on @vitejs/devtools moves to ^0.4.0.
