Eye tracking data was acquired using an EyeLink1000 eye tracker. Behavioral data was collected using Matlab's Psych Toolbox and Presentation Neuro-Behavioral Systems stimulus delivery software. Although these scripts are specific to our lab's directories and data coding conventions, I think this code could be instructive for someone looking for a way to evaluate fixation during experiments, reduce large eye tracking data sets down to summary statistics, and visualize those summary statistics in a way that enables flexible exploratory analysis. This repository is primarily intended as a backup/catalog of the work I have done as a Research Assistant in the Murray Lab.
