This fixes the CI lintcheck failure by updating the reference-crs-kube-compare. The observabilityRoutePolicy.yaml file uses simplified template structure similar to thanosSecretPolicy.yaml, with fieldsToOmitRefs for templates. Signed-off-by: Ian Miller <imiller@redhat.com>
