Version bump and changelog for everything measured and built today: INV-027, INV-028, symbol-granular decay,
observed_symbol, progressiveinit, and the direction document.The Known and deliberate section is the important one — it says in the changelog that the mechanism is built and the value claim is not proven, and names the three open questions (#10, #42/#45, #43) that no amount of code closes.
