Summary

• Refresh the React console with shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS 4 while keeping Ant Design for form state, validation, and data tables.
• Update navigation, status views, task pages, evaluation forms, and JSON details with shared components and a consistent light theme.
• Add local Geist fonts, responsive mobile navigation, and frontend setup guidance.

The Orchestrator and shared-concurrency backend changes are already on master via #39; this PR contains only frontend files.

Validation

• npm run lint
• npm run build
• Browser inspection at desktop, 768px tablet, and 390px mobile widths; checked navigation, the new-evaluation form, and horizontal overflow.
• The local API was not running during browser inspection, so the dashboard displayed its connection-error state. No evaluation was submitted.
