Validation sweep for issue #48. Updates: - 43 files: 'Last Updated: April 2026' -> 'May 2026' in headers - 2 files: 'Last UI Verified: April 2026' -> 'May 2026' (1.19, 1.21) - 4 files: 'Known Limitations (April 2026)' -> '(May 2026)' in troubleshooting Validation results: - All Microsoft Learn URLs verified (spot-checked) - No FSI language rule violations found - Cross-references to control definitions are consistent - mkdocs build --strict passes clean - Footer dates already at May 2026 (no changes needed) Closes judeper/OceanSquad#48 Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
