I lead Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence and digital transformation initiatives in complex, multi-market environments. I understand the business well enough to translate needs into technical requirements, and I know the technology well enough to make sure the solutions actually work. That combination lets me operate at both the strategy and the execution level, building high-performing teams and a data-driven culture.

Today I'm applying the same logic to Generative AI: building AI agents and automations that run in production, while pursuing an MBA in Project Management at FGV.

Arcos Dorados (McDonald's Latin America) — Project Manager & Lead BI, Data & Analytics · 2011–2025

Led the Data & Analytics agenda for Latin American operations, heading cross-functional squads with ownership of the project portfolio, the analytics roadmap and executive stakeholder relationships, across C-level sponsored programs with rollout in up to 12 markets.

• Meu Méqui loyalty program — led the D&A team from pilot to rollout across 11 markets: +50 data assets, 8 executive dashboards and ~500 employees trained
• Analytics platform migration — Brazil's full move from Metabase to Databricks + Power BI: 80 data assets rebuilt, 12 corporate dashboards and legacy infrastructure costs eliminated
• Segment P&L — rolled out across 12 markets, the first corporate analytics product on the new regional platform, cutting manual processes by 63%
