Learning how to fold hydrophobic-polar proteins using reinforcement learning

Releasing the code as-is so that it can be used as a guide for learning how to apply reinforcement learning to the hydrophobic-polar (HP) protein model to learn an optimal folding strategy, as well as so that the project can be cited.
