This setup-node major-version bump changes CI tooling, but the change-set does not include FORJAMIE.md (checked git show --name-only 7737cda128fadc80ab7a7e2da4d7a529e1c86479). AGENTS.md:23 states the hard rule that any commit changing config or tooling must update FORJAMIE.md in the same change-set, with the definition of done also requiring the Recent Changes entry at AGENTS.md:45-51; please add the repo-map/update entry so the documented workflow state stays current.
