Update registry to version 202512r101

1. Updated registry to version 202512r101. Changes since r96 include:

• Added 2 new countries: Honduras and Yemen
• Updated IBAN structure for Estonia
• Modified 20 bank identifiers (position or structure)
• Added 3 new valid IBAN examples
• Updated 8 country names

2. Updated test suite to reflect the above changes.

@jschaedl Did you get a chance to review these changes? In the meantime the registry is at v102 in fact.

Hi, there are no significant updates in revision 102: no new countries, no changes in structures or positions. There is no reason to update to r102.

However, the repository doesn't appear to be maintained, or at least the author doesn't seem interested in contributions. The last commit is from 8 months ago. Even before that, my pull request (from August 2025) with an update to r99 was also ignored.
