Verbatim curated content, same data-driven pattern as speaking.json.
Reads portfolio.json the same way index.astro reads speaking.json. Each case study gets an id=slug anchor for direct linking. Bare URLs in prose are auto-linked without altering the underlying text.
Layout now accepts an optional per-page description prop, defaulting to the existing sitewide copy so index.astro is unaffected.
Extracts case-study markup into src/components/CaseStudy.astro, reused by both /portfolio (full listing) and the new /portfolio/[slug] pages generated via getStaticPaths from portfolio.json. Same data, no duplicated content. Each case study on the index links to its own permalink.
