Add CreateProject, GetProject, UpdateProject, DeleteProject, ListUserProjects, AddMember, RemoveMember, and ListMembers RPC methods to the logger service, delegating to the toolbox data helpers. Add the corresponding RPC argument types to toolbox/data/project.go so the broker can share the same types when calling these methods. CreateProject now rejects invalid slugs before calling InsertProject, which has no slug guard of its own. AddMember now rejects unrecognised roles before calling InsertProjectMember, which also has no role guard. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
