Each demo will be its own repository there instead of folder in this repository.

Why moving demos to separate organization

• Keeping all demos in same repo is difficult for users to clone / download particular demo.
• It is difficult to setup DevOps pipelines.
• Difficult to fix the code scanning issues. Its never ending
