• Added a resumable ElevenLabs voice-library generator with bounded budgets, account checks, safe retries, per-clip manifests, and secret redaction.
• Added documentation and a restore guide for the generated library.
• Preserved the self-ad demo B-roll and example briefs.
• Published the generated 672-clip library as the voice-library-2026-07-23 release asset.
