Cortex v0.1.4 Release

• Soft start/stop and inrush current parameters added to OutputChannel, and config sending updated to include them.
• Save and load config file functionality added to UI, using JSON format for readability and ease of debugging. Config file operations are asynchronous to prevent UI blocking.
• Working analogue threshold and scaled parameters. Moved to channel configuration.
• Log download and visualisation.
• Splash screen and about window.
• New intermittent channel type.
• Firmware update functionality added, including checking for updates from GitHub and updating via local file selection.

Along with the first stable release of the Synapse PDM firmware, this is the latest Cortex application to go with it! 😺
