Add motorsport.com custom parser

Summary

• Adds custom parser for www.motorsport.com covering the new site template
• Pulls article fields from meta tags where possible (og:title, og:image, datePublished)
• Cleans inline ad placements (.ms-apb, .ms-ap-native, .outstream_partner) and the related-content sidebar
• Preserves embedded images and section/picture markup so image-heavy articles render with figures intact

References jocmp/capyreader#1725. Replaces the closed PR #110 from the prior jc/motorsport.com branch.
