CI 实际只测 3.11/3.12 (见 .github/workflows/ci.yml matrix)，README 之前写 'Python 3.7 或更高版本' 是过宽承诺——本仓库代码确实没有 3.10+ 专属语法，但并未在 3.7~3.10 上跑过测试。
将 README 改为与 CI 一致 'Python 3.11 或更高版本'，避免误导用户。
