Resolve manifest version conflicts by moving both .codex-plugin/plugin.json and package.json forward to 0.1.7, the next unused patch above the latest release tag v0.1.6, so the merge to main releases cleanly under the version-file gate. Keep the branch's unified release trigger: release.yml compares the manifest version against the latest strict vX.Y.Z tag instead of parsing a commit-message marker, and validate-version.yml enforces manifest consistency on PRs. Retain the release-time unit test, manifest validation, and vendor-sync drift gates. Take main's unrelated work as-is: the vendored skills tree at upstream v0.35.0, the renamed jfrog-ai-catalog and jfrog-package-curation skills, the new jfrog-init skill, and the install/verify documentation.
