[LOC-5083] Fix conflicting dependency versions

1. Fix current snapshot version in pom.xml -- looks like it was incorrectly updated manually in last release. It should ALWAYS be managed by mvn release automatically.
2. Fix conflicting dependency versions with browserstack-local-java.
