@jdebacker. This PR updates the version number to 0.14.3 in
setup.py,__init__.py, andCHANGELOG.md. I am running the full set of tests on my machine, but that will likely take more hours. So this PR is ready for your review. And I'll merge in your PR as soon as this is ready.
