- Disabled Sysmon localfile in agent ossec.conf; agent stayed Active - Probes caught it: LIVENESS inactive (no events), VOLUME 0, FIELD_POPULATE N/A - Agent-liveness ALONE would miss this — agent was Active throughout - Reverted: Sysmon block restored, alerts resumed, lab healthy

15-scenario-a-source-death (supersedes blocked #55)
Proved the probes catch silent source death when Sysmon channel collection is disabled — agent stays Active but EID 1 telemetry collapses.

Key finding
Agent-liveness monitoring ALONE would miss this. Agent 002 was Active throughout. VOLUME collapse to 0 is the definitive signal.
Revert
Sysmon block restored, agent restarted, alerts resumed, lab healthy.
