Resolve engine registration, request contracts, shared instruction controls, packaging, and documentation conflicts while preserving OmniVoice and Qwen VoiceDesign. Add regression coverage for engine capabilities, saved profile defaults, model loading, and OpenAI-compatible requests. Validation: 149 focused Python tests, 2 frontend tests, Ruff, frontend typecheck and production build, and git diff --check pass.
