Develop Isochrones around given list of points, journey times, threshold and journey type. Based on the work of Drew Fustin (Mar 2017).
Scales number of angles depending on journey time for more granularity.
Output written to bounds.js and used by isochrones.html to render the leaflet map. HTML then offers chance to export isochrones to GeoJSON.
