Systems Architect | Drift Happens

Most systems do not fail suddenly. They drift, quietly, until the outcome is no longer what was intended.

I work upstream of implementation to prevent that. I design business and software systems that hold their shape over time -- through clear boundaries, deliberate structure, and decisions that remain valid under real-world pressure.

Author of multiple bestselling books and courses on technology, systems thinking, and practical application.

Focus areas:

  • system design and structural integrity
  • automation and control surfaces
  • pragmatic, governed use of AI
  • infrastructure that is observable, auditable, and recoverable
