Configure project setup improvements

This PR, does the following changes:

• In README, removed the parts that can be easily outdated, like the folder structure, such an info brings no value and removed the parts that are concerned with how the project was constructed
• Replaced eslint with a more modern linter oxlint/oxfmt
• Added pnpm as the primary package manager, with 3 days of minimum release age to prevent supply chain attacks
• Build CI
• Node types upgrade from 20 into 26
• TS from 5 -> 7
• Added engine check for starting the app to have pnpm 12 and node 26, not less
