[Question] Update RSL-RL dependency to v5.5.1 for Isaac Lab 3.0.0?

The upcoming Isaac Lab 3.0.0 release currently pins rsl-rl-lib==5.0.1.

Are there plans to update the required version to RSL-RL v5.5.1 before the final 3.0.0 release?
