- Remove redundant endpoints{} object; top-level rpc/rest/grpc are the single
source (standard Keplr/cosmos-kit ChainInfo shape expected by consumers).
- Add top-level grpc (previously only inside endpoints{}).
- getEndpoints() now reads top-level rpc/rest/grpc -> zero duplication/drift.
- package.json license ISC -> Apache-2.0 (matches README + index.js header).
- validateConfig() now checks VALUES: coinMinimalDenom=nipi, coinDecimals=9,
bip44.coinType=118, bech32Prefix=ipi, non-empty chainId.
