"Order Now, Execute Later" (ONEL) Mechanism: This is the foundation of IPI, dividing the transaction processing process into two stages: first, the network determines the final order of transactions (consensus phase), and only then, deterministic execution occurs.
This is a variant of Pure Proof of Stake (PPoS), using VRF (Verifiable Random Function) functions to fairly and unpredictably elect block leaders and validation committees. This mechanism ensures fast finalization and high censorship resistance.
