This pull request introduces enhancements to the DeepSeek-Chatbot example within the IPEX-LLM repository to provide better support for hybrid CPU+XPU usage.

This improvement ensures seamless operation on Intel AI PCs, leveraging the hybrid CPU+XPU architecture to optimize deepseek model performance.

I Introduced a user friendly option to toggle between CPU, XPU, and CPU+XPU modes for more flexible deployment.
