What was done

• Implemented Lab 7 observability stack with Loki, Promtail, and Grafana, including Docker Compose deployment, Loki TSDB + schema v13 configuration, and Promtail Docker service discovery with relabeling.
• Added structured JSON logging for both Python and Go applications, validated LogQL queries in Grafana Explore, and created a dashboard with log stream, request rate, error logs, and log level distribution panels.
• Improved production readiness by disabling anonymous Grafana access, moving credentials to .env, adding resource limits, configuring health checks, and documenting the full setup in monitoring/docs/LAB07.md.
