[DOCS] cooking comment now shows the gateway version #1027

Summary
The cooking comment posted by infer-action on triggered issues, pull requests and review comments now includes a Gateway segment in its pinned run identity line, next to the existing Model, Action and CLI segments:

The segment appears both in the live plan zone while the agent works and in the result footer. It is resolved at run time by mirroring the CLI's gateway supervisor: it polls the gateway's /version endpoint, then falls back to the managed OCI image tag or the cached managed binary's --version. When no gateway version can be determined (for example an external gateway without a /version endpoint) the segment is omitted.
