Add the concept of middleware, which can run before a Command's Handler runs but after the Command has been routed to. Use middleware to implement a default HelpMiddleware, which can detect a specific flag being passed and display help output. Use middleware to implement a default VersionMiddleware, which can detect a specific flag being passed and display version output.
