Add Re:Zero zh-CN glossary

Summary

Adds a new zh-CN glossary for Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World (Re:ゼロから始める異世界生活 / Re:从零开始的异世界生活), covering ~90 terms:

• Main characters and supporting cast (EN + Japanese sources)
• Sin Archbishops of the Witch Cult and the Witches of old
• Authorities / abilities (e.g. Return by Death, Unseen Hands, Cor Leonis)
• Locations, nations, monsters, and factions

Chinese translations follow the official Traditional Chinese release (Qingwen Publishing / 青文出版社), converted to Simplified Chinese. English/Japanese source spellings were cross-checked against the Re:Zero Fandom wiki (e.g. Vincent Vollachia, Ryuzu Bilma, Rui Arneb, Return by Death, Od Lagna, Witch Factor, Pleiades Watchtower).

Details

• meta/re-zero.json: new glossary metadata, langs: ["zh-CN"], matches limited to Re:Zero-related sites (rezero.fandom.com, Moegirl, Syosetu web novel, AO3) so it does not affect other websites.
• glossaries/re-zero_zh-CN.csv: 186 term pairs (source in English or Japanese, target in Simplified Chinese).
• meta/index.json: registered "re-zero".
