docs: record trellis-sync issue closure and archive - #192

All 7 open trellis-sync issues (#2, #4, #6, #9, #12, #13, #14) are now closed, each with the specific wp-ops equivalent and an honest caveat where the gap is real rather than a blanket 'fixed'. The repo is archived, with its description and homepage pointed at wp-ops. Still outstanding: the Packagist trellis-sync/trellis-sync package hasn't been flagged abandoned yet — that's a Packagist maintainer- account action, not a repo change.
