Documentation for Row-Template 1.4.0 (iitzSeriZdev/Row-Template#14), in English and Persian.

Do not merge before Row-Template 1.4.0 is released. Merging main deploys the site. Until then the site keeps documenting 1.3.x. When 1.4.0 is published, the changelog badge moves from Upcoming to Latest with the release date (a one-line follow-up), then this can be merged.

What changes

Both languages (every EN edit mirrored in FA, with the English anchors kept on the Persian pages):

  • Changelog: 1.4.0 (Upcoming) and 1.3.1 (Latest, released 27 September 2026); 1.3.0 loses the Latest badge.
  • Subscriber page: live refresh on all three panels (?format=info on 3X-UI, /<token>/info on PasarGuard and Rebecca); new section Your own applications (PasarGuard); flags on every platform (the Windows callout is replaced); the "never does" list no longer says 3X-UI only.
  • Branding: new section From your panel's own settings (PasarGuard, Rebecca) — the install-time offer, RT_PANEL_BRANDING, manager item 7, what is never offered, SQLite only.
  • Environment / installer / manager: the RT_PANEL_BRANDING row, the Use them for this page? [Y/n] prompt, menu item 7. All text was checked against the 1.4.0 installer source.
  • Updating: Upgrading from 1.3.0 or 1.3.1; examples now 1.3.1 → 1.4.0. Rollback: how pre-1.4.0 backups restore their design.
  • Compatibility: new rows (live refresh, own apps, branding offer), Limitations in 1.4.0 (the old #limitations-in-130 anchor still resolves), 1.4.0 and 1.3.1 in the versions table.
  • FAQ, troubleshooting, security, templates, introduction: the stale "figures as of page load" and "six flags drawn with CSS" statements are updated; the unverified rebecca migrate-binary note is dropped, as the 1.4.0 refusal no longer names it.
  • Version strings (manual install, CLI, manager, releases, error reference) → 1.4.0; the landing pill: Upcoming: Row-Template 1.4.0 — every country's flag, your panel's own apps.

Synced from Row-Template release/v1.4.0 (scripts/sync-from-row-template.mjs): the 17 live template pages (now with the flag font), the 34 refreshed preview screenshots (Singapore shows its flag instead of SG), and the installer message list. The error reference follows the new Rebecca refusal text (EN + FA).

Checks

  • npm run build — OK.
  • npm run check — 455 installer messages (432 distinct) all documented in 212 entries; 25 pages × 2 languages; 87 built pages, links and anchors OK.
  • Playwright (Chromium) against astro preview: 17 pages (EN + FA: introduction, subscriber page, branding, updating, compatibility, changelog, errors, gallery, a live template) × light/dark × desktop/mobile = 68 loads, no console errors, no failed requests, no horizontal scroll, dir="rtl" on every Persian page, and every new anchor (status, your-own-applications-pasarguard, from-your-panels-own-settings-pasarguard-rebecca, upgrading-from-130-or-131, limitations-in-140, limitations-in-130) present in both languages.

…apps, live refresh, panel branding

English and Persian:
- 1.4.0 changelog entry (Upcoming) and the 1.3.1 entry (Latest, 27 September 2026)
- subscriber page: live refresh on every panel, the operator's own PasarGuard
  applications, flags on every platform
- branding: the panel's own name and support link (installer offer,
RT_PANEL_BRANDING, manager item 7); environment, installer and manager pages
- updating: upgrading from 1.3.0 or 1.3.1; rollback of pre-1.4.0 backups
- compatibility: limitations in 1.4.0, the versions table; FAQ, troubleshooting,
  security, templates, version strings
- landing pill and the page's privacy claim; appliesTo 1.4.0

Synced from Row-Template release/v1.4.0: the seventeen live pages (with the
flag font), the refreshed previews, and the installer messages; the error
reference follows the new Rebecca refusal.
