Summary

• Restore the preserved Console CI work through the established develop-to-main flow, without recreating the closed PR ci: add Console validation workflow #6 working branch.
• Run strict Composer validation, platform and PHP syntax checks, PHPStan, dependency audit, and the portable suite on Linux PHP 8.4/8.5 and macOS PHP 8.4 with pinned actions and read-only permissions.
• Require published Editor ^0.5.1 and update only its lock entry, excluding the PHP 8.4-incompatible 0.5.0 release. Local sibling development remains supported, while clean CI installs use public packages.

Validation

• Local PHP 8.4 quality checks and portable tests passed.
• Portable tests also passed on local PHP 8.5.
• An isolated PHP 8.4 install without sibling repositories installed the locked public packages and passed all six portable scripts.
• Two optional production-game integrations were skipped because ICHILOTO_GAME_SRC was unset.
• Hosted Linux/macOS checks are pending this PR; no Windows/WSLg or manual GUI validation is claimed.

Dependabot branch-producing automation is not restored. No release branch, tag, or release changes are included.
