Updated PHP versions in CI configuration with 8.3 and 8.4
Changed behat tests:
After the dependency update, response headers appear to be returned by the test driver in lowercase form (cache-control, x-symfony-cache, x-cache), while the existing Behat assertion expected exact-case keys (Cache-Control, X-
Symfony-Cache, X-Cache). Because of that, the tests failed with Undefined array key ... before they could actually verify caching behavior.
