Relates #460

Migrates the active metadata layout from the deprecated .machine_readable/6a2/ name to canonical .machine_readable/descriptiles/.

  • renames 180 descriptile files across 31 active directories
  • preserves the exact archived Wave-3 provenance payload at standards-update/.machine_readable/6scm-archive/.machine_readable/6a2/
  • updates live manifests, specs, generators, hooks, Hypatia rules, contractiles, docs, and k9-init
  • corrects generated-topology references to TOPOLOGY.adoc
  • strengthens the canonical-name guard with a planted deprecated-directory positive control
  • removes the obsolete Hypatia exception for active 6a2 directories

Validation:

  • just validate
  • bash scripts/build-registry.sh --check
  • bash scripts/tests/wave6-canonical-names-test.sh (5/5)
  • cargo test --manifest-path k9-coordination-protocol/tools/k9-init/Cargo.toml (5/5)
  • just test (A2ML and K9 Rust suites pass; aggregate-runner false-green debt is being repaired separately)
  • git diff --check origin/main

This is an intentional rename wave: [mass-delete-ok]

Post-merge repair for #625 and #627.

#625 regenerated the registry before #627 changed tracked content in ten
registered homes. After both merged, `main` failed the hard
registry/topology drift gate. This reruns the canonical generator from
current `main`; only ten generated source hashes change and a second
generation is clean.

Validation:
- `bash scripts/build-registry.sh`
- `bash scripts/build-registry.sh --check`
- `just validate`
- `just test-runner-test` (5/5)
- `git diff --check`
