fix(dogfood-gate): validate DEED via deed-ecosystem, not a2ml-era naming

[hyperpolymath]

a2ml is retired (owner ruling R-H3; standards #836/#837) and the a2ml-ecosystem repo was renamed to deed-ecosystem. This gate still spoke a2ml in its job/step names, its detect step, its summary and scorecard, and it called the old repo name. Repointed and renamed; legacy .a2ml files are still scanned mid-migration, so nothing regresses.
