Remove migrated _pathroot component

What changed

Removes the obsolete _pathroot/ component subtree from AmbientOps: 205 tracked
files and no paths outside that subtree.

Why this is safe

The component was intended to move to the top-level
metadatastician/_pathroot repository. Before this deletion:

• the committed component history was filtered to repository-root form
• all 33 component-local working-tree changes were applied to the preservation tip
• the exact 192-file current snapshot was published as
  metadatastician/_pathroot:migration/pathroot-source-20260818
• the implementation and migration ADR were integrated through
  metadatastician/_pathroot#7, merged as 2de153e

The preservation branch retains removed historical files—including the former
ReScript implementation—even though they are absent from the current migrated
snapshot.

Verification

• deletion commit changes exactly 205 paths
• every changed path is beneath _pathroot/
• _pathroot/ is absent from the resulting AmbientOps tree
• no _pathroot or pathroot references remain elsewhere in the AmbientOps
  worktree as measured by rg over all non-.git, non-removed paths
