Closing as superseded.

The structural intent of this PR (rename agent_instructions→bot_directives, svc/k9→self-validating, anchors→6a2/anchor, remove flake.nix, retire local templates) has since landed on main independently via #19, #20 and related commits.

Because this branch was cut from an older main (4 commits behind), merging it now would regress newer work rather than add value:

• Re-add the 5 local .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/* files that chore: retire local templates -> inherit org .github canon #20 deliberately retired to inherit the org .github canon, plus a stale svc/README.adoc.
• Delete 13 newer files main now has: bot_directives/{git-private-farm,gitbot-fleet,hypatia}.a2ml, contractiles/{Bustfile,Dustfile}.a2ml, the canonical svc/self-validating/ tree, and README.md.

No unique content remains except SPDX header additions, which are owner-manual by policy. Reopen if any specific delta is still wanted.
