MAIC (Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence and Coding) is a hands-on and instructor-led after school club, designed for children between 10 - 16 years old, that aims to reinforce the teaching of mathematics and computing through the development of real-world, innovative and fun technology-related projects. The applied subjects covered in MAIC include artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), robotics and AI-assisted foreign language learning.
The MAIC curriculum and all its resources were designed and developed by Jillur Quddus, a computational mathematician at HyperLearning AI. All MAIC resources are free, open source and have been made accessible via the maic.school website so that schools around the world can have the opportunity to start their own MAIC clubs!
