The one standing ruff error on main - a compound assert in the fuzzy dedup stream test. Split per the rule; also lands the release tail for the typed-masking merge the main-branch feat gate held back.

The one standing ruff error on main, split per the rule. Double-duty: main's commit gate held back the release tail for the typed-masking merge (#4) because a feat: squash subject cannot carry the local HYPERCI_ALLOW_FEAT confirmation - this fix: merge revalidates cleanly and the tail ships typed masking plus the cryptography CVE bump.
