dfe-infra moved
currentto 2.2.1-rc.4, so this moves the dial the compose stack resolves its pins from.Only the one number changes. Everything it selects still comes out of the signed stack manifest at that version, so nothing here is a second copy of a pin. Config that differs between the docker and k8s topologies is deliberate and is not touched.
