Bumps @biomejs/biome ^2.4.4 -> ^2.5.0 and migrates the config for the 2.5 rule graduations (moved rules out of nursery, renamed useFind to complexity/useArrayFind, dropped removed noMultiStr).
Verified: bun run lint clean, bun test 569 pass, pre-commit hook (typecheck+lint+test) green.
