Bump the editor test toolchain.

• vitest ^4.1.11 → ^5.0.1.
• playwright and @playwright/test 1.62.1 → 1.63.0, kept in lockstep so the OG Playwright test resolves chromium 1243.
• @textmode/build ^0.1.1 → ^0.1.2, which depends on vitest 5, so a single vitest 5 resolves instead of a second vitest 4 nested under @textmode/build.
