Closes #426

Adds the four bot branch prefixes that still triggered Netlify deploy previews (10 of the last 100 PRs: sec/* #307 #371 #407, outreach/* #354 #367 #404, ops/* #287 #328, automation/* #293 #331) to the deploy-preview ignore rule from #420/#425, and pins each one in the sh-executed regression test. docs/* is deliberately not added (reserved for version branch deploys); production builds of main are unaffected.

Verified

• netlify.toml:51 — ran the new case string under sh at head da85dea: sec/x, outreach/x, ops/x, automation/x → exit 0 (skip); main, docs/v1, myops/notes → exit 1 (build). Patterns stay start-anchored, docs/* is still untouched for [context.branch-deploy], and main production builds are outside the deploy-preview context.
• src/__tests__/netlify-deploy-preview-ignore.test.ts:69-72, 88 — the four new heads sit in the sh-executed it.each, and myops/notes extends the anchoring guard. The test reads the literal string from netlify.toml, so the rule cannot drift from the test. Run unit tests is green.
• Changelog fragment follows the fixed-<issue>-… naming used in this repo.

On the red Netlify checks — these are not caused by this change. The PR branch is scanner/*, so the ignore rule it extends skips its own preview, and Netlify reports the skipped deploy-preview/Header rules/Redirect rules/Pages changed as failures. #425 (scanner/fix-423) merged earlier today with the identical set of red Netlify statuses. Nothing here needs a human decision.
