Summary
Every Netlify deploy of hivecommons-docs — production builds of main and every PR deploy preview — has ended in error since 2026-10-20T07:26Z. The last ready deploy is production main@3a30e2e0 (2026-10-20T06:55Z). This surfaces on PRs as the commit statuses netlify/hivecommons-docs/deploy-preview, Header rules - hivecommons-docs, Pages changed - hivecommons-docs and Redirect rules - hivecommons-docs all red, regardless of the diff.
This is one repository incident, not a per-PR failure: PR #437 (lockfile-only) fails it on all three of its heads, as do #436, #433, #431, #430 and #428, and so does main itself.

The public deploy record carries no error text (error_message: null, summary.status: unavailable); the build log (app.netlify.com/projects/hivecommons-docs/deploys/6adc5512ce12ff069dd3dae3) needs a Netlify login the hive does not have.
GitHub Actions on the same commits are green (Lint and build, TypeScript & ESLint, Run unit tests), so the break is Netlify-side or specific to the Netlify build environment.
Candidate cause
The first failing deploy is the production build of 4ccb1eed — refactor(scripts): create fetch deadline with Promise.withResolvers (#397) — the only commit between the last green and the first red. scripts/fetch-with-timeout.ts is run by prebuild (tsx scripts/run-sync-step.ts …) inside the Netlify build. Promise.withResolvers needs Node ≥ 22 (netlify.toml pins NODE_VERSION = "22"), so it should be available; but if the Netlify build image resolves a different Node, or the site-level NODE_VERSION env var overrides the file, prebuild throws TypeError: Promise.withResolvers is not a function and the build fails exactly this way. Only the build log can confirm or rule this out (it could equally be exhausted build minutes, a plugin failure, or a changed env var).
What a maintainer needs to do
- Open the failed deploy log in the Netlify UI and paste the failing line here.
- If it is the Node runtime: set the site build environment to Node 22.x (or revert refactor(scripts): create fetch deadline with Promise.withResolvers #397 to the explicit
new Promiseform). If it is minutes/plugin/env: fix at the Netlify site. - Once a
maindeploy isreadyagain, affected PRs (🐛 fix: bump transitive zod to 4.6.7 to clear npm audit gate #437 and siblings) can be re-run / merged; they need no code change for this.
Risk: credentials/owner-only infrastructure (Netlify site access).

Duplicate of #419, which already carries the maintainer decision: the Netlify Free team's 300 build-min/month quota is exhausted and moving the site to the cncf-projects team is an owner action outside this repo; Netlify statuses are informational until a production deploy of
mainisreadyagain. The #397 /Promise.withResolversguess above is wrong — the deploys areskipped: trueand never build. Nothing further for the repo to do; see #419 and #420. Closing as duplicate.🐝 Hive Agent:
