Uebernimmt ausschliesslich die vier kanonischen Wartungsdateien aus home-baseline c7398fd0dedb05d7047b5013468fdde7e963eb38 (hindermath/home-baseline#310 und #311): UTF-8-kompatibler Preset-Installer samt Manpage sowie gestreamtes Paketinventar gegen 'Argument list too long' samt Regressionstests. Projektcode, Runtime, Preset-Matrix und lokale Geheimnisse bleiben unveraendert. Statistik separat aus der Inhaltsrevision gerendert.

Adopt the four reviewed canonical maintenance files: UTF-8 preset installer/documentation and streamed package inventory with regression tests. Preserve product behavior, runtime, preset profiles and secrets; refresh generated statistics separately.

Verifikation / Verification

• Exakter Staging-Pfadvergleich und Delivery-Set-Validator mit Index-Hash, git diff --cached --check, bash -n und Gitleaks bestanden / passed per target.
• 18 Linux maintenance regression tests passed on WSL and 18 in the approved sandbox. Canonical source delivery: home-baseline#311 with 18 passing CI checks.
• Secure-Trader-Schreibzugriffe und lokale Commits ausschliesslich im freigegebenen Container; Netzwerktransport auf dem Host / container-bound writes, host-side network transport.
• macOS-first: WSL and container results are compatibility evidence, not native macOS acceptance. The minimal identity job alone is not a test pass. The owner explicitly accepted the GitHub Actions billing outage on 2026-09-26, expects reset on 2026-10-01, and reauthorized MergeAndSync with admin bypass. Billing-blocked jobs are NOT recorded as passed; actual technical failures still stop delivery.
• No API, application UI, production deployment or dependency change; no Spec Kit feature execution. Existing 12/14 preset profiles remain intact.

Bounded maintenance-tooling patch; shell quoting and JSON transport reviewed upstream. No secret/config files, local caches or user work included. MergeAndSync with explicit owner-authorized admin bypass, including the dated billing-only CI exception above; actual technical failures are not waived. Rollback is a normal Git revert, no destructive cleanup.
