Verteilt vier gepruefte Paketdateien aus hindermath/home-baseline#309: prozessgebundene Git-Vertrauensliste fuer freigegebene Container-Repositories, Tests und Betriebs-Manpage. Keine globale Git-Vertrauensfreigabe. Bestehende projektspezifische Ausnahmen bleiben erhalten; kein Fachcode, keine Provider-/Credential-Aenderung, kein Spec-Kit-Lauf.
Synchronizes the verified central maintenance package; preserves declared exceptions and product code. Local Secure Trader operations remain container-only; authenticated network Git stays on the host.
Pruefung / Validation
Exakter Paketvergleich, Bash-Syntax, Diff-Whitespace, staged Delivery-Sets, reale Secret-Hooks und Statistik-Status geprueft. Host-Consumer fuehren Wrapper- und eigenstaendige Delegations-Tests aus. Container-Consumer verwenden die bytegleichen zentralen Nachweise: 25 Delegationstests im unveraenderlichen Image und alle 18 CI-Gates aus hindermath/home-baseline#309 bestanden. Sieben Integrationsfaelle benoetigen absichtlich nicht verteilte Level-0-Manifeste. / Exact package, syntax, staged sets, real secret hooks and statistics verified; immutable central test proof reused for container consumers.
Documentation Impact: UpdateRequired; kanonische zweisprachige Manpage mitverteilt, Statistik fortgeschrieben. Owner: Repository-Owner. Keine Home-Sync-Aktion aus diesem Zielrepository.
Owner genehmigt MergeAndSync mit begrenztem Admin-Bypass fuer alle 35 Flottenziele; technische Gates und offene Reviewbefunde werden nicht umgangen.
